Our Brisbane office is experiencing growth due to recently secured, high profile Projects and future workforce planning requirements. To supplement our well-established, multi-disciplinary engineering team, we are keen to engage a Civil Draftsperson who has demonstrated experience producing high quality drawings under the guidance of our civil designers in both the mining and infrastructure sector.

Some of the core responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Producing and maintaining technical and engineering drawings as required
  • Checking and sign off on drawings prior to release - ensuring all drawings are to the required quality and standard of presentation

Ideally the successful candidate will possess the following skills, experience and attributes:

  • Civil Engineering diploma (N Dip), or equivalent (civil/structural)
  • Demonstrated drafting experience in Senior/Lead Project roles within the infrastructure and mining sectors for an engineering consultancy or government organization
  • Extensive understanding of Australian standards; as well as statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Extensive experience working in ACAD and experience with Microstation will be highly regarded
  • Exposure to GIS software will be highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
