Our Perth office is currently seeking a Receptionist to join our Corporate Services team and provide services for the Australia-Asia region in a part-time capacity. Our team aims to provide exceptional quality administration and facility services to our clients and staff whilst building positing working relationships. We strive to maintain a culture that welcomes diversity of thought, individual contribution and team collaboration. 

The successful candidate will be a multi-tasker and will be required to work effectively to undertake reception as well as some facilities support and administrative duties. Promoting the professionalism synonymous with the Hatch name, they will ensure a high standard of service is provided to both staff and customers in all their interactions.

The Administration team provides;

  • Quality administration / facilities services to clients and staff.
  • Building positive working relationships with clients and staff.
  • Exceptional customer service

Your responsibilities will include;

  • General Receptionist duties
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements
  • Assisting nominated staff with their expenses
  • Assisting in preparing and distributing minutes of meetings, reports, correspondence and other non-technical documents as required
  • Facilities management duties as required (including printer supplies and general stationary ordering)
  • Other data input or data management tasks as requested
  • Establish and manage working relationships with clients, team members and managers to ensure delivery of high quality of services

About you;

  • The ability to prioritise, be proactive and innovative in ways to increase efficiency
  • Proficient in the use of the following applications: MS Outlook, MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, Adobe Acrobat and WinZip
  • Competent in the use of office tools (copiers, scanners, fax machines, telephone systems)
  • Previous experience with document management systems desirable
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • The ability to be adaptable and cope with change
  • The ability to solve problems and deliver a high level of customer service
