We are seeking to hire a channel partner manager to help accelerate the Hatch and Brainnwave co-venture.

We recently formed a co-venture with Hatch to focus on developing applications and products combining Mosaic, our Decision Intelligence platform with Hatch’s deep knowledge of the metals and mining, energy, and infrastructure sectors. About the Role:
We seek a motivated and experienced Channel Partner Manager to join our co-venture team. As Channel Partner Manager for North America, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth through Hatch.
You will be responsible for representing Brainnwave’s interests by developing and building relationships with Hatch Digital and Business Unit leads across product, sales, and marketing, ensuring they have the support they need to successfully execute the business plan to make the co-venture a success for all.
You will join Hatch’s diverse team and award-winning culture, while reporting into the Brainnwave Chief Commercial Officer, with a 100% focus on the co-venture.
As the successful candidate, you will:
- Develop and execute channel strategies that drive product validation and revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Hatch Digital and all Hatch Business Units to ensure awareness and that they are equipped to sell our AI software solutions effectively to their existing clients and broader market
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, sales, marketing, and technical teams to drive joint go-to-market activities
- Identify new channel partner opportunities for co-venture solutions and onboard new partners
- Provide training, support, and guidance to channel partners to ensure they are equipped to sell our solutions effectively
- Work closely with product marketing and communications to ensure timely, high-quality marketing materials for the suite of products for the North American market
- Monitor channel partner performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to drive results
- Attend industry events and trade shows to build and maintain relationships with our customers and partners
You bring to the role:
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years in a B2B sales-oriented role with significant input in shaping propositions and developing go-to-market plans
- SaaS, preferably data, analytics, ML or AI software sales experience
- Strong background in selling in an enterprise-oriented sales channel
- Proven experience as a channel partner manager with a track record of driving revenue growth through partnerships
- Leading partnerships or sales within a scale-up environment with an evolving product set
- Proven ability to carry and achieve quota for channel sales targets
Skills/Knowledge:
- Sales focused and action-oriented
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated accuracy, attention to detail and high levels of presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proven ability to navigate within a matrixed environment within a large corporate
- Knowledge of the AI software industry and its trends is a plus
- Experience in successfully identifying and interpreting market needs to develop propositions, collaborating with sales and product development teams to execute opportunities
- Strong ability to succinctly articulate how Decision Intelligence solutions deliver value with all stakeholders including C-Suite
- Expert at identifying value chain opportunities across multiple verticals to determine which propositions have scalability and fit with the business plan
Other Attributes:
- A genuine interest and passion for understanding how Decision Intelligence can positively impact businesses and the communities they serve
- An understanding of the consulting environment and ideally experience working within one or more of the verticals Hatch currently operates in
- Effective time management skills, including the ability to prioritise workloads and perform tasks efficiently
- Possess high standards of professional and personal ethics
- Embrace flexibility in the work routine
- Able to work with a range of new and constantly changing sales and marketing technologies
- Language proficiency in English is required, with additional relevant language ability being an asset
- Ability to travel throughout North America where necessary, as required by the job duties
Base Compensation: $120,000 - $215,000 (Actual compensation commensurate with qualifications and experience)
