Senior Programmer Analyst (Hatch Associates Consultants, Inc., Ambler, PA):
Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain internal and external facing applications and databases using structured programming techniques. Develop architectural patterns of the individual components of the end solution, including Contextual, Conceptual, Logical, Physical, Component and Operational. Perform detailed analysis of enterprise applications to evaluate their portability to cloud platforms and solutions, including Azure, SharePoint Online, Power Platform and SharePoint Server. Create recommendations, estimates and roadmap to redevelop or migrate suitable applications to SharePoint Online. Identify and analyze SharePoint -related opportunities and determine potential methods for enhancement and resolution, including the interfaces with other enterprise applications. Lead in designing, specifying and selecting information system solutions in an agile environment, considering functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure and performance. Support global user base in their daily use of SharePoint by sharing information based on best practices, and by troubleshooting problems and providing solutions. Develop operational procedures and educate users on the optimal usage of SharePoint Online by identifying training needs, and developing and executing a global training plan, including the creation of supporting documentation. Administer Office 365 Admin Center, Power Platform, SharePoint Server and SharePoint Online user security. Create and implement a data governance plan. Create and deliver timely and accurate compliance and governance reports to management. Design, develop, test, and integrate SharePoint 2013/Office 365 Apps, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Bl, SPFx Web Parts, SP2010 Web Parts, Event Receivers and all other related components. Implement data management platforms, including Microsoft Bl stack (SQL Server 2012, SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS). Create and maintain SSAS OLAP cubes following star schema patterns and dimensional modeling best practices in SQL Server 2012 or newer/equivalent, as well as data partitioning. Develop reports using SQL Reporting Services, Excel Services and deploy to SharePoint. Develop and maintain technical documents including implementation plans and user manuals.
Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and 8 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience; OR a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and 6 years of related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:
• Planning and directing complex technical projects using SharePoint Server 2010 Farm or SharePoint Online Administration;
• Data backup, recovery, security and integrity using SharePoint 2010 Content Database SQL;
• SharePoint 2010 sites backup to SharePoint Online and File System;
• SharePoint 2010 Farm Administration;
• SharePoint Migration using Sharegate tool;
• End-user support for Office Apps, SharePoint 2010, and SharePoint Online;
• SharePoint Online Custom Application Development, including SPFx, React JS, JavaScript, PnP, VS Code, Graph API, or REST API; and
• PowerShell commands.
Of the required experience, must have 4 years of experience using Office 365 Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in Power Apps custom application development.
