Hatch is seeking a Practice Lead, Digital (Brazil) to support the growth of the Digital Practice in Brazil, focused on mining and industrial clients.This is a seller/doer role, combining business development responsibilities with active participation in project execution and client delivery. The successful candidate will help grow Hatch Digital in Brazil while also supporting the successful execution of strategic projects. 

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development and support strategic Digital pursuits in Brazil.
• Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal Hatch teams.
• Identify client operational needs and align them with practical Digital solutions.
• Support proposals, business cases, workshops, and client presentations.
• Actively participate in project execution as a consultant, project manager, or project sponsor, depending on project needs.
• Help establish and coordinate the local Digital capability in Brazil.
• Support implementation activities and long-term client engagement.
• Represent Hatch Digital in strategic client discussions and industry events. 

Preferred Experience

• Experience in mining, industrial operations, automation, or digital transformation.
• Strong business development and client engagement background.
• Experience delivering or supporting projects in consulting, project management, or operational environments.
• Knowledge in areas such as IROC, Automation, AI/ML, Analytics, Digital Twins, Optimization, IT/OT integration, or Industry 4.0 solutions.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).
