Provides leadership in field execution planning and constructability reviews for industrial projects. The specialist aligns engineering deliverables with practical construction requirements and site logistics. Translates engineering into executable work packages, aligning with constructability, safety, and productivity best practices. Known for bridging engineering and field teams to minimize execution risks.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Define and review construction work packages (CWPs).
•    Support AWP methodology and field execution sequencing.
•    Coordinate with contractors and procurement teams.
•    Optimize local labor, equipment, and logistics solutions.
•    Ensure compliance with safety and Brazilian labor laws.

Qualifications:

•    Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Construction Engineering.
•    20+ years of experience in large-scale industrial project execution.
•    Familiarity with Brazilian construction regulations and workforce management.
•    Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Requirements:

•    Must have track record with clients showing how field execution strategy or sequencing changes directly improved safety KPIs or shortened project durations.
