Hatch Digital is currently seeking a Business Readiness Manager to join our Smart Industries team and provide services for the Australia-Asia region.

This is an exciting time of growth across our business and there will be an opportunity to further accelerate your career as you actively and successfully work with others to contribute to the growth of the practice and the wider Hatch communities of practice.

Key responsibilities:

  • Working with local leadership and client to build engagement and support them in driving the required changes
  • Developing the training plan and managing its execution
  • Developing the user acceptance testing plan and managing its execution
  • Developing change strategies and adoption plans to streamline readiness activities and facilitate improved acceptance and uptake of the new system
  • Identifying change management risks and escalate issue through agreed channels within the project team
  • Engaging with external stakeholders, personally or through business leadership ie Clients, subcontractors, other service provider


Skills, experience and qualifications;

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business or equivalent.
  • Solid experience in organisational change management across large or complex environments
  • Demonstrated contributions to change projects that have directly impacted the business’ ways of working
  • Sound facilitation skills and comprehensive recording of requirements
  • Demonstrated practical experience in organisational change management and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Proven experience in coordinating the successfully transition of business change Project deliverables to business as usual activities
