Our expertise in infrastructure includes aviation, highways and bridges, planning and advisory services, ports, rail and transit, tunnels, and water. Want to be part of the creation and construction of our cities? Then the infrastructure team is for you!

 

Our coastal pipeline currently has a diverse mix of coastal structure design, metocean design conditions and inputs for ports projects, dredging, adaptation planning and coastal management support. We are looking for a coastal enthusiast to help us deliver and expand on our current and upcoming opportunities based in our Perth or Brisbane office.

Our Coastal Engineers are an integrated part of our Ports and Terminals team, and work closely with civil and geotechnical engineers, giving the opportunity to work on a broad range of projects across the globe which includes large-scale port developments.


You will have opportunities to:

You bring to the role: 

 

  • Relevant qualifications e.g. a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science
  • A commitment to professional development and remaining up to date with the latest advancements and guidance in coastal engineering and science
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the planning and design of coastal or civil infrastructure, with a keen interest in the coastal engineering space
  • Project management capabilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to collaborate and work within a team environment
  • A passion and drive to make a real difference

 

Other Desirable Attributes:

  • Experience in dredging
  • Experience in coastal adaptation planning and design
  • Understanding of on site coastal construction
  • Track record in project delivery of complex coastal projects
