We are seeking a Consultant to join our growing Operational Readiness & Ramp‑Up practice in Brisbane. This role is ideal for a management consultant who enjoys hands‑on delivery, working closely with clients, and making a real impact at the critical point where projects move into operations.  You will support and deliver Operational Readiness and Ramp‑Up initiatives, helping organisations prepare for day‑one readiness, early operational performance, and long‑term sustainability.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver Operational Readiness and Ramp‑Up workstreams from late project phases through stabilisation
• Develop readiness strategies, frameworks, and integrated ramp‑up plans
• Conduct readiness assessments across people, operating models, processes, governance, and systems
• Support the design of target operating models, organisation structures, and workforce readiness plans
• Produce high‑quality client deliverables, including executive presentations, dashboards, and progress reporting
• Work closely with project, operations, and leadership teams to support smooth transitions to business‑as‑usual
• Contribute to proposals, client presentations, and business development activities
• Support the development of tools, methodologies, and internal capability within the practice

About You

You are a delivery‑focused consultant with 4+ years’ experience in management consulting, advisory, or professional services, ideally with an engineering background. You bring experience in Operational Readiness, ramp‑up to stable operations, operational transitions, or operating model design, and have worked within complex operating environments such as mining, energy, infrastructure, or manufacturing. You are a strong problem‑solver and communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and working across multiple workstreams in fast‑paced, lean consulting teams. Commercially minded and outcomes‑driven, you take ownership of your work and are motivated by delivering tangible client impact. You are adaptable, collaborative, and open to travel in support of client and project‑site engagements.
