We are currently seeking an Estimator to join our team. This role will suit someone who enjoys working on large, complex projects, values accuracy and structure, and thrives in a collaborative, team‑based environment. As an Estimator, you will play a key role in the development and delivery of high‑quality cost estimates across a range of project phases. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure estimates are robust, well‑structured and aligned with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the estimating scope of work, deliverables, schedule, estimate structure and reporting requirements
- Deliver accurate and comprehensive estimates in line with established estimating procedures, standards and practices
- Calculate direct and indirect costs using first‑principle estimating or factored methods, as appropriate
- Prepare for and participate in Cost and Schedule Range Analysis workshops
- Maintain, monitor and continuously improve estimating databases and tools
About You
- Experience in first‑principle estimating, ideally on large, multi‑disciplinary projects across various classes of estimate
- Strong capability in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience using estimating software packages
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to share knowledge, seek input and work effectively within diverse teams
- Strong attention to detail, organisation skills and a commitment to quality outcomes
