As part of our Shared Services group, comprised of Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal and Facilities, we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems.
We're looking for a customer-focused and highly organised Receptionist to join our Front-of-house team to help create an exceptional office environment in our Brisbane office. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering a professional workplace experience through reception services, visitor management, meeting room coordination, event support, office administration, and maintaining high presentation standards across the workplace. You'll also work closely with service providers to ensure cleaning services and workplace amenities consistently meet expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reception and provide a welcoming experience for employees, visitors, and clients.
- Coordinate meeting rooms, including room setup, presentation, and catering arrangements.
- Support the delivery of office events, town halls, and client functions.
- Monitor workplace presentation standards and cleaning service performance across the office.
- Manage office supplies, mail, couriers, PPE, and general workplace administration.
- Build positive relationships with employees, visitors, and service providers to ensure a seamless workplace experience.
About You
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work proactively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general administrative systems.
