As part of our Shared Services group, comprised of Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal and Facilities, we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. You are most comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial organization where you will have significant influence on the success of the business. You possess a unique blend of HR functional skills, business savvy, exceptional relationship building skills, leadership and a genuine passion for supporting your internal clients. You thrive working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and have an orientation towards working collaboratively, taking initiative and driving initiatives forward.

As the successful candidate, you will:

• Provide consultative, full cycle talent attraction and acquisition for the Australia-Asia region.

• Build and maintain a network of industry contacts, brand awareness, and strategic external partnerships

• Partner with leadership teams on the development and delivery of key talent attraction strategies.

• Establish and maintain talent market expertise including comprehensive view of industry trends and competitors, innovative recruiting techniques and platforms, provide expertise in market insights and talent landscape for Advisory.

• Be a champion of inclusion and diversity

• Regular engagement with stakeholders including hiring managers and HR Advisors to review strategic hiring needs and recruiting activities across the region

You bring to the role: 

• 5-8 years of experience in recruitment and professional development

• A University Degree in Human Resources or a related Social Sciences field

• True hands-on approach with demonstrated ability to partner and build relationships at all levels virtually

• Proven influencing skills

• Reliability and accountability

• Adaptable and can handle ambiguity

• Business acumen such as analyzing and interpreting data and understanding of key business drivers

• Experience recruiting for advisory or management consulting is preferred
