As part of our Shared Services group, comprised of Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal and Facilities, we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems.

We’re looking for a Service Desk Technician in Brisbane who thrives on delivering outstanding support and creating positive experiences for our users. If you enjoy troubleshooting, building relationships, and working in a collaborative team, this could be the perfect role for you.
What You’ll Do
- Be the go-to person for technical support across hardware, software, and network issues.
- Diagnose and resolve problems quickly to keep our users productive and happy.
- Maintain exceptional service standards and ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression.
- Work closely with your team to improve processes and share knowledge.
- Stay ahead of technology trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.
What We’re Looking For
- A natural communicator who loves helping people and making their day easier.
- Solid technical skills with PCs, networks, and Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience in a service delivery or client-facing role.
- Ability to juggle priorities, stay calm under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- A proactive mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for learning and growth.
Bonus Points For
- Experience in IT support or service desk environments.
- Certifications like CompTIA A+ or Microsoft credentials.
