As part of our Shared Services group, comprised of Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal and Facilities, we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems.
 

We’re looking for a developing tax professional with exposure to corporate tax, looking to build their capability within a global environment, to join our Tax team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build depth across compliance, reporting, and governance within a multinational environment. This role is particularly suited to someone who has had some exposure to tax and is looking to further develop their capability across corporate tax, while also gaining exposure to international tax matters and working closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare Australian corporate income tax returns and supporting workpapers
  • Support withholding tax and cross-border obligations, including IDS inputs and analysis
  • Assist with tax reporting and provisions (current and deferred) for Australian entities
  • Contribute to global tax reporting, consolidating regional inputs
  • Maintain cash tax forecasts, franking accounts, and related schedules
  • Support transfer pricing activities, including data collection and documentation
  • Assist with FBT compliance in partnership with HR, Payroll, and Mobility teams
  • Contribute to tax governance, ATO reviews, and research, including drafting recommendations

 

About You

You hold a degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance or a related discipline and bring experience across corporate tax, ideally gained in a professional services or in-house environment. You have strong attention to detail and are confident working with data in Excel. Exposure to multinational or cross-border tax is highly regarded. You communicate clearly, manage competing priorities effectively, and work well across teams. You are CA/CPA qualified (or progressing) and are motivated to continue building your technical capability within a global organisation.
