As part of our Shared Services group, comprised of Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal and Facilities, we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems.
Vacation Student opportunity: Build the extraordinary, every day
The Hatch Vacation Student Program provides the opportunity to work on real projects and gain practical industry skills. We will help you through the transition, bridging the gap between your education and career.
As part of the Shared Services Legal team, your Vacation Work duties may include:
- Assisting our CCL team ( Commercial, Contracts and Corporate Legal Services ) with contractual requirements
- Assisting Senior in-house counsel and commercial managers with legal research projects
- Assisting with company secretarial matters
- General administrative duties as required

You bring to the role:
You will have (or be working towards) a bachelor’s degree in law, with a solid academic record, ideally in your third year (or later) of study, and interested in applying your legal studies to the real-world. Successful candidates will also have excellent interpersonal skills and strong passion for working closely in a team environment to solve complex problems.
The 12-week, full-time program commences on Monday, 18 Nov 2024. Please note, during this time Hatch will have its annual office closure from COB Friday, 20 December 2024 and will reopen Monday, 6 January 2025.
