Who are we looking for?
Hatch is seeking Controls & Automation Engineering Graduates who will support projects globally. The Project Delivery Group is comprised of a group of professional engineers, designers and technologists. We have experience in the design, construction and commissioning of facilities throughout the world. We are looking for young engineers eager to be involved in complex small and large-scale engineering projects, and able to demonstrate their keen problem-solving skills in developing practical solutions.
The candidate must be a self-motivated individuals capable of working both independently and within a team environment.

Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering graduates in Controls & Automation Engineering. (Masters Degrees will be an advantage.)
- You must be a final year student studying towards a BSc or BEng in Controls & Automation Engineering or hold a completed qualification from a recognised tertiary institution.
- You must have a maximum of 12 months of work experience.
- You must have maintained an average academic achievement of 65% or above.
- You must attach a copy of your most recent full academic transcript.
- Be flexible to work in any province within Germany.
- Excellent in spoken and written German and fluent English.
