Talent Acquisition Coordinator / Recruiter

 

Looking to take the next step in your career? Hatch is currently seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator/ Recruiter to join our Shared Service Team in Gurugram.

 

In this dual-capacity role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our regional recruitment delivery—coordinating the end-to-end hiring process while proactively sourcing talent for pipelines and active requisitions. This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad exposure across recruitment operations and strategic sourcing, kick-starting a strong and successful HR career.

 

As the successful candidate, you will:

 

Talent Acquisition Coordination Responsibilities

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team across the Africa–India–Middle East Region in managing day-to-day recruitment transactions.
  • Create requisitions and manage candidates within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Shortlist and pre-screen candidates as required.
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
  • Process background checks and pre-employment testing.
  • Create and send offer letters.
  • Execute recruitment activities for pre-identified or “named hire” candidates.
  • Maintain the integrity of data in the ATS and generate recruiting and hiring activity reports as required.
  • Ensure consistent follow-up and timely closure of action items.

 

Sourcer Responsibilities

 

  • Proactively source high-quality candidates across multiple functions using advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Build strong talent pipelines using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, networking groups, and industry forums.
  • Conduct Boolean searches, market mapping, talent research, and competitor analysis to identify potential candidates.
  • Engage talent through outreach messages, calls, and digital channels to build interest and awareness of opportunities at Hatch.
  • Maintain and nurture talent pools for critical and frequently hired roles across the region.
  • Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists to understand role requirements and define sourcing strategy.
  • Track, document, and update sourcing activity within the ATS and shared trackers.

 

 

You bring to the role:

 

Experience & Education

  • Experience in an administrative role, ideally supporting HR or Talent Acquisition functions.
  • Previous sourcing, recruitment coordination, or talent research experience is highly advantageous.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or related fields are beneficial but not essential.

 

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong technology skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and aptitude for learning new systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills for tracking and reporting, including the ability to work with formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation, dashboards, and recruitment metrics tracking.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (e.g., SuccessFactors) is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or other job boards.
  • Ability to conduct Boolean searches and apply modern sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent organizational ability with strong attention to detail and the capacity to manage competing priorities.
  • Motivated, proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
