Responsabilidades Clave 

• Comprender el alcance del trabajo, los entregables, el calendario de ejecución, la estructura de precios/previsiones, los formatos, los informes, etc.; 

• Cuantificación, costeo y análisis de precios; 

• Medir y valorar el trabajo realizado en obra; 

• Medición de Indicadores Clave de Desempeño (KPI); 

• Gestionar e informar sobre los trabajos en curso y los pagos de los contratistas; 

• Informar y asesorar sobre la adecuación del avance y calidad de las obras de construcción; 

• Cálculo de predicción y análisis de costos; 

• Demostrar conocimiento y comprensión de las fuentes de información y datos; 

• Asistencia a Reuniones de Progreso del Proyecto; 

• Redactar y emitir informes completos a los clientes; 

• Servir de enlace con el cliente y otros profesionales de la construcción, como directores de obra, directores de proyecto e ingenieros de obra; 

• Realizar MTO desde IFC dwgs para un CWP/paquete; 

• Crear formularios y formatos de informes de materiales; 

• Validación de estimaciones de progreso de contratistas utilizando ROC; 

• Testificar y monitorear las cantidades instaladas; 

• Ayudar con el establecimiento (ROC) de reglas de crédito por producto básico, CWP, etc.; 

Calificaciones y experiencia 

• Más de 12 años de experiencia en una función relacionadas con el control de mediciones de obra, idealmente en proyectos multidisciplinarios medianos y grandes en un entorno EPCM; 

• Sólidas habilidades de MS Office y experiencia con herramientas y sistemas de estimación; 

• El conocimiento de P6 sería una ventaja; 

• La experiencia de terreno sería una ventaja. 

• Se prefiere el conocimiento de las técnicas de estimación de EPC/LSTK y el conocimiento comercial/contractual
