Looking to take the next step in your career? Hatch is currently seeking a Document Manager to join our Information Management Team in Jakarta. The Document Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Document Controllers in our Jakarta office.
As the successful candidate, you will:
- Manage resourcing, training and quality for the Document Management Team in the Jakarta office
- Coordinate with Regional Information Management teams, Project Teams, Clients and third parties on project Document Management
- Create and customize Document Management procedures and work instructions as required
- Plan and present training to local teams in Document Management tools and processes
- Monitor workload and performance of the Jakarta Document Management team
- Perform Document Control duties including the processing and quality management of project documentation
You bring to the role:
- You will have an excellent command of English and experience coordinating and working on projects where English is the primary language with ability to participate in teleconferences and other project communications and present information and training sessions in English
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to clearly communicate to immediate team, peers, supervisors, clients, contractors, vendors, consultants and remote team members
- Experience on a large engineering project in document control/document management or project systems related position
- Experience in setting up and implementing a document management or similar system
- Experience in building and managing teams in various locations and delegating as required
