Key Responsibilities

• Act as the company's site representative, providing technical support for the client teams during the engineering and construction phases of the project.
• Collaborate with the client's team, the company's home engineering offices, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee construction projects at remote site locations. Report to the home office engineering team for any site problems and liaise with the client or contractor to troubleshoot.
• Ensure that the construction works undertaken by contractors are in accordance with the latest design drawings or models and the highest industry practices.
• Ensure the quality of work undertaken by contractors meets project specifications and standards.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
• Utilize design software (AutoCAD, MicroStation, or other software) to create and review project/work plans.
• Conduct site inspections and sign off on behalf of the company.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and required documentation.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry. Preferably 2-5 years since graduation from university.
• Strong engineering background.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, and other design software.
• Fluent in writing and speaking English.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work in remote locations on a 6/2 weeks roster basis.
• Certified inspectors are not a must but preferable.
• Indonesian nationality.
