Working closely with the Regional Director - Digital, Business Development Executive – Digital, and global Principal Consultants, this role owns activities across market research, client outreach, pursuit coordination, proposal administration, internal alignment with technical SMEs, early-stage value assessment and project execution.
Over time, the incumbent will be developed into a subject matter expert (SME) able to manage accounts, shape opportunities independently, and close end‑to‑end sales cycles for selected digital products and solutions with opportunities to deliver specific consulting roles on earmarked projects, aligned with candidate's core technical abilities.

- Administer bid timelines, compliance requirements, and submission quality.
- Manage the pursuit tracker ensuring visibility of all leads, pursuits, and proposals.
- Prepare pursuit win strategies, including competitive positioning, solution differentiators, pricing considerations, and client value framing.
- Develop and package Opportunity Review and Pursuit Authorisation presentations for internal governance processes, ensuring alignment with Hatch Digital standards and approval workflows.
- Work closely with Commercial, Contracting & Legal (CCL) teams to align on required commercial terms, risk considerations, and contractual requirements during proposal development and contracting phases.
- Ensure early identification of commercial risks and coordinate mitigation strategies with senior BD leaders, Technical SMEs, and CCL stakeholders.
- Support the shaping of commercial models, pricing frameworks, and contracting structures for digital consulting, software, and mixed‑mode delivery engagements.
- Prepare high-quality proposal content, client presentations, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure all deliverables are aligned with Hatch Digital standards and messaging.
4. Internal Coordination & Collaboration
- Act as the central coordination point between BD, digital consultants, delivery teams, and technical SMEs.
- Coordinate internal meetings, planning sessions, workshops, and proposal reviews.
- Support continuous improvement of Digital BD processes by identifying inefficiencies and recommending enhancements.
- Develop and maintain standardised templates, tools, checklists, and process documentation to improve consistency, speed, and quality of BD and pre‑sales activities.
- Contribute to the refinement of pursuit management practices, CRM usage norms, proposal workflows, and reporting structures.
- Proactively suggest and implement efficiency improvements that strengthen business development operations and enable better scalability of the Digital Practice.
- Provide regular updates to the Digital Business Development Lead and broader Digital Practice leadership.
5. CRM, Reporting & Administration

These assignments will be aligned to the individual’s technical background and growth path, and may include:
- Contributing to operational diagnostics, value assessments, or digital maturity assessments.
