2026 Graduate Opportunity: Junior Railway Engineer 

Looking to take the next step in your career? Hatch is currently seeking highly motivated Graduate Civil Engineers to join the Rail Team in Johannesburg.

Applicants must:

• Have a passion about Rail and Perway Engineering.
• Be exceptional communicators.
• Innovative thinkers who aim to provide solutions to problems.
• Driven and achievement orientated.
• Find satisfaction in creating positive change.
• Have a B.Eng or B.Sc Civil Engineering degree.

You bring to the role:

You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with a strong academic record. You will bring leadership and teamwork skills, advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, along with an ability to think laterally and innovatively. Flexibility to travel and work in locations with locally and internationally. Finally, we are looking for candidates that have a passion and drive to make a real difference.
