Hatch is seeking graduates in Electrical Engineering who are eager to support projects around the world (start date Summer 2027). Our Project Delivery Group is made up of experienced engineers, designers, and technologists with expertise in the design, construction, and commissioning of facilities globally.

We are looking for early-career engineers who are ready to contribute to a wide range of engineering projects, from small to large and complex assignments. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to develop practical, effective solutions. We value motivated individuals who can work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Final-year university student status is required.
  • No more than 24 months of professional work experience.
  • A copy of your most recent academic transcript must be submitted.
  • Willingness to work in Katowice, Poland.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Submission of an English-language CV is preferred.
