As part of our Shared Services group, comprised of Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal and Facilities, we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile general ledger accounts, intercompany balances, and bank statements.
• Jornal uploads, including processing vendor invoices and expense reports, ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and timely payments.
• Review financial statements in compliance with the Polish Accounting Act and IFRS.
• Ensure compliance with VAT, CIT, and payroll tax requirements in Poland.
• Assist in monthly and quarters closing processes, including preparing accruals and provisions.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, including preparation of cash forecasts.
• Support audits by preparing reconciliations, documentation, and responding to inquiries.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate expense and cost allocations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Polish Accounting Certification or similar qualification preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience in Poland.
• Strong knowledge of the Polish Accounting Act, IFRS, and local tax regulations.
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP) and advanced Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team to meet deadlines.
• Fluent English
