Your responsibilities:
 
  • Developing 3D models of industrial steel and reinforced concrete structures
  • Preparing material take-offs and quantity schedules
  • Producing technical drawings and project documentation
  • Working on projects at various stages of development, including conceptual design, basic design, and detailed design
  • Collaborating with other members of the project team.Participating in project and coordination meetings;
 

Our Requirements:

  • Technical vocational or higher education in a relevant field (Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Construction Engineering)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in 3D modeling of building structures
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and drawings
  • Proficiency in English at a level enabling effective technical communication
  • Experience with 3D design and modeling software (e.g., Tekla Structures, Revit, or equivalent)
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and excellent organizational skills
  • Accountability for assigned tasks, strong commitment to meeting deadlines, and attention to maintaining high-quality project documentation
