1. Formación Académica

• Ingeniero (Civil, Industrial, Seguridad, Ambiental o afín)
• Colegiatura y habilitación vigente

2. Experiencia Profesional

• 15 años de experiencia general.
• 10 años de experiencia específica como:
• Líder SSO en proyectos de construcción de infraestructura hidráulica
• Líder de SSO construcción de túneles.
• Inspector de Seguridad en obras civiles.

3. Certificaciones y cursos en:

• Ley de SST (Ley N.° 29783 – Perú).
• Reglamento de SST (DS 005-2012-TR y modificatorias).
• D.S. N° 011-2019 Reglamento de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo para el Construcción
• IPERC (Identificación de Peligros, Evaluación de Riesgos y Controles).
• Respuesta ante Emergencias y Primeros auxilios.

Trabajos de alto riesgo:

• Altura.
• Izaje de cargas.
• Excavaciones y zanjas
• Espacios confinados.
• Voladura (si aplica)
• Trabajos en caliente
• Trabajos eléctricos

4. Conocimientos Técnicos Específicos

Seguridad aplicada a:

• Movimiento de tierras.
• Estructuras de concreto.
• Obras subterráneas.
• Trabajos con maquinaria pesada.
• Respuesta ante emergencias

Uso y control de:

• EPP.
• Señalización y planes de tránsito.

Investigación de:

• Incidentes y accidentes.
• Manejo de:
• Permisos de trabajo.
• ATS / PETS
• Procedimientos de trabajo seguro.

5. Responsabilidades

• Implementar y supervisar el Plan de Seguridad y Salud.

Verificar cumplimiento de:

• Normativa legal.
• Especificaciones contractuales.
• Realizar:
• Inspecciones de campo.
• Charlas de 5 minutos.
• Capacitaciones.

Reportar:

• Actos y condiciones subestándar.
• Incidentes y accidentes.

Coordinar con:

• Jefes de Area.
• Supervisores.
• Contratistas y subcontratistas.

6. Documentación y control

Elaboración de:

• Reportes diarios y mensuales.
• Estadísticas de seguridad.
• Registros de inducción y capacitación.

Seguimiento de:

• Planes de acción.
• Medidas correctivas.

7. Habilidades blandas

• Liderazgo en campo.
• Comunicación firme y clara.
• Capacidad para intervenir y detener trabajos inseguros.
• Organización y manejo documental.
• Trabajo bajo presión.

8. Valor agregado

• Auditor interno ISO 45001.
• Conocimientos en medio ambiente.
• Experiencia en obras de alto riesgo (presas, túneles, minería).
