We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems.
 

 

 

Hatch is seeking a highly motivated and energetic bilingual (Spanish/English) Human Resources Business Partner to join our Human Resources team in Medellín, Colombia.

In this position, you will report to the Regional HR Director and support the Colombia Country Manager and their leadership team.

You will be responsible for the Colombian Human Resources group and collaborate with the HR team in South America to ensure every employee experience at Hatch is exceptional.

The Human Resources team is a customer-centric team that works in partnership with employees, managers, and other HR functions to deliver strategic, simple, and efficient solutions that drive operational excellence and business results.  

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's or diploma in HR Management or another related field.
  • Postgraduate studies in HR.
  • At least 10 years of experience in HR positions is required, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced English language skills, both written and oral.
  • Able to communicate clearly, both in writing and verbally, to create a positive environment and clear communication with employees, members of the HR management team, and during presentations and group meetings.
  • Possess strong customer service skills and teamwork skills.
  • Able to establish and maintain supportive and collaborative working relationships.
  • Knowledge of SAP, Success Factors, and Office365 is desirable.
  • Ability to work flexibly yet autonomously.
