Looking to take the next step in your career? Hatch is currently seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Generalist to join our Human Resources team in Medellín  for Maternity Replacement


You are most comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial organization where you will have significant influence on the success of the business. You possess a unique blend of HR functional skills, business savvy, exceptional relationship building skills and a genuine passion for supporting your internal clients. You thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed work environment and have an orientation towards working collaboratively, taking initiative, and driving initiatives forward.


Newly graduated or last semester professional from the following programs: Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Public Accounting, Finance, Productivity and Quality Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, foreign languages ​​or related areas.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources

Advanced English level


You bring to the role: 


In the area of ​​Training, People Development and labor welfare:
• Management of the documentation required in the different transversal processes, responding to requests in a timely manner.
• Support in the management and search of external training providers.
• Support in the logistical organization of the different training and labor assistance actions.


 In the area of ​​Personnel Management and Administration:
• Organization, control and maintenance of the labor file.
• Support in the management of payroll and social security
• Support the bonding and induction process.
• Support the process of labor relations, disciplinary processes, communications and separation processes.
• Create and coordinate internal and external communications related to Human Resources initiatives.
