Looking to take the next step in your career? Hatch is currently seeking a highly motivated Project & Document Control Coordinator with Document Management experience to join our team in Melbourne.

 

As a Project & Document Control Coordinator, you will:

  • Support and execute project operations and activities.
  • Assist all project functional groups with formatting, collating and quality checking project documentation.
  • Register, classify, and transmit deliverables and documents in the EDMS.
  • Support project participants in complying with Hatch and any outlined project procedures for Document Management.
  • Audit and review the accuracy of document management attributes in the EDMS and is detailed orientated,
  • Upload/capture data on Client’s EDMS.

 

What You Bring:

You bring valuable experience working within an engineering project environment and possess a solid understanding of document management systems, processes, and procedures. Your advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Acrobat, and PDF Xchange is complemented by a meticulous attention to detail. You demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools, while accurately capturing and managing metadata with efficiency. Highly organized and adaptable, you excel at coordinating and prioritizing workloads to meet demanding project schedules. Your strong interpersonal skills enable you to communicate clearly and confidently with team members, supervisors, clients, contractors, vendors, consultants, and remote colleagues. Experience with EDMS platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud and SharePoint will set you apart as a key contributor to project success.
