Looking to build on your project coordination and document control experience in a collaborative engineering environment? Hatch is seeking a proactive Project & Document Control Coordinator to support project teams through high-quality document and data management across a range of engineering projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, organised, and closely involved in day-to-day project delivery working alongside engineers, project controls, and clients to keep information flowing accurately and efficiently. As a Project & Document Control Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting project operations and ensuring project documentation is managed in line with Hatch and client requirements. You’ll work closely with project teams to maintain document quality, accuracy, and accessibility throughout the project lifecycle.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day project operations through effective document and data management.
  • Format, collate, quality-check, and distribute project documentation in line with project standards.
  • Register, classify, transmit, and track project deliverables within the EDMS.
  • Maintain accurate document metadata and undertake regular audits to ensure compliance.
  • Support project teams in adhering to Hatch and client document management procedures.
  • Upload and manage information within client EDMS platforms.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure timely document flow and issue resolution.
  • Assist with continuous improvement of document control processes and practices.

 

About You

You bring experience working in a project-based or engineering environment and have a solid grounding in document control processes and EDMS workflows. You are confident using Microsoft Office and PDF tools such as Adobe Acrobat and PDF XChange, with a strong eye for detail and accuracy. Highly organised and adaptable, you’re comfortable managing multiple priorities and meeting project deadlines. You communicate clearly and professionally with a wide range of stakeholders and enjoy supporting teams to stay structured and compliant. Experience using EDMS platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud or SharePoint will be highly regarded.
