As the Client Action Team Coordinator, you will assist Pursuit Managers on key "must win" pursuits with presentations, proposals.  You will need to demonstrate business maturity and have the ability to maintain confidentiality.   This role will have visibility working in Mississauga with Business Unit leads, Managing Directors, and as, required, Executives, so strong presentation and communication skills will be a key requirement.

 

Accordingly, day-to-day job responsibilities will be determined by the needs and workload of the team, but will likely include:  

 

  • Internal client support services, including vetting and forwarding requests
  • Proposal and presentation development support (including document sourcing, collection, formatting, graphics design and editing etc.)  
  • Graphics and templates generation and selection (photos, organizational charts, etc.)
  • Partnership with Marketing and HR to support shared interests (Client Engagement promotions, trainings, etc.)
  • Management and maintenance of Client Action Team intranet pages 
  • Support the development content and layout of Client Action Team Campaigns
  • Ad hoc Client Action Team member assistance requests

 

You bring to the role:

  • Post-secondary degree/certificate in Graphics, Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • 5 – 10 years of related experience in a similar role
  • Excellent working proficiency in PowerPoint and graphics design programs such as: In-Design, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Expertise in MS Office tools, including Word, Excel and ability to rapidly master new software technologie
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Commitment to quality work products, with high attention to detail
  • Self-starter with strong work ethic, ability to manage workload efficiently and meet all deadlines
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks successfully
  • Critical and analytical thinking and problem solving, including the ability to “find the answer” in order to assist team members and internal clients
  • Works well in a “virtual” global team environment
