Working as a key member of the Hatch Digital Smart Utilities Team, you will be a client focused systems integrator with at least 5 years of experience with EAM/APM systems ideally using cloud-based solutions. You will thrive in a fast-paced project environment and will be passionate about helping our clients improve their asset management philosophy through a focus on people and process in addition to the technology.



  • Works as part of a team responsible for the development and implementation of EAM/APM systems for our clients.
  • Responsible to support the development and implementation/integration of “Level 2” systems such as Manufacturing Execution Systems with EAM/APM Systems, this will include:
  • Creation of the detailed functional architecture for the EAMS with a full understanding of the system requirements, available data sources (meters and sub-meters), physical and logical networks in production and/or power facilities, production performance analysis techniques (e.g., OEE) and track and trace requirements.
  • Implementation of business workflows within the EAM
  • Data integrity controls and integration with the financial and other disparate systems
  • Supports development of EAMS Service Level Agreement to coordinate all user and administration responsibilities and expectations for system, user, and administrator performance.
  • Manages the interface to Hatch Client EAM leaders and supports internal client work teams and task forces in resolving EAMS challenges and supports the development of project requirements for platform enhancement opportunities.
  • Coordination of design, reviews, and analysis of EAMS reports utilizing various report writing software.
  • Responsible for database system deployment including server set-up and the implementation of industry standard security measures and systems
  • SQL or similar database experience for scripting and report writing/preparation.
  • Supports development and implementation of effective and sustainable training programs and documentation for new and experienced system administrators and users.
  • Develops and updates effective on-line training programs for user management reference and roll-out as needed to support skill building and enhancement as needed.
  • Develops technical specifications for system upgrades and changes
  • Monitors and evaluates EAMS performance to ensure alignment with client’s performance goals and KPIs and all applicable rules and regulations.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Verbal and written communication, including ability to describe complex issues in terms system users can readily understand.
  • Translating and solutioning user-derived activities and end-user requirements into effective and efficient platform configuration to attain client business objectives.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with client stakeholders
  • Developing quality control techniques related to final product completion.
  • Using professional and/or technical concepts to perform assigned duties and solve problems.
  • Academic training in one of the following disciplines; Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or Systems Engineering
  • EAM and APM expertise with systems such as ABB Eclipse, IBM Maximo, INFOR, Trapeze or other systems
  • SQL or other database experience, including scripting
