As part of our Shared Services group, comprised of Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal and Facilities, we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems.
 

 

We are seeking a Global Mobility Coordinator who will offer support across all facets of Mobility related to International and Domestic assignments for the North America region.   The Global Mobility Coordinator is a stakeholder in the wider HR and Mobility team to ensure compliance and consistency within North America and to contribute to the development of the Mobility practice

 

What will you do:

  • Support the Global Mobility Specialist with the planning, coordination, and administration of all Canadian and US assignments, transfers, and relocations (inbound, outbound, and domestic).
  • Liaise with internal Shared Services teams—including HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Tax, and Finance—to ensure accurate and timely processing of assignment data and expenses.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, such as relocation providers, immigration counsel, and tax advisors, ensuring service delivery meets required standards.
  • Prepare assignment letters, compensation summaries and relocation documentation, ensuring accuracy and alignment with internal policies and Canadian legislation.
  • Maintain mobility databases and assignment files, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and audit readiness.
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance mobility processes, employee experience, and program efficiency.

 

What you bring to the role:

  • Post‑secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in Global Mobility, HR, immigration, payroll, or related administrative roles.
  • Experience working with international assignments, Canadian immigration processes, or tax compliance (asset but not required).
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information
  • Proactive, resourceful, and results‑driven with the ability to follow structured processes and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing tasks and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Intermediate ability using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and Outlook
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to produce quality work with a high degree of accuracy

 

Special Conditions:

  • Flexibility to perform assigned tasks.
  • Flexibility with working hours might be required to participate in meetings across time zones.

Base salary range: $55,000 to $70,000
