Looking to take the next step in your career? Hatch is currently seeking a highly motivated Global Talent Acquisition Specialist (Technology/Digital) to join our Talent Acquisition team.

 

You are most comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial organization where you will have significant influence on the success of the business. You possess a unique blend of HR functional skills, business savvy, exceptional relationship building skills and a genuine passion for supporting your internal clients. You thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed work environment and have an orientation towards working collaboratively, taking initiative, and driving initiatives forward.

 

As the successful candidate, you will:

  • Provide consultative, full cycle talent attraction and acquisition services globally, working closely with regional colleagues
  • Build and maintain a network of industry contacts, brand awareness, and strategic external partnerships
  • Partner with leadership teams on the development and delivery of key talent attraction strategies
  • Establish and maintain talent market expertise including comprehensive view of industry trends and competitors, innovative recruiting techniques and platforms, provide expertise in market insights and talent landscape for Digital (Technology) and/or other areas of Hatch’s business
  • Have regular engagement with stakeholders including hiring managers and global HR Leads to review strategic hiring needs, recruiting activities, and applicant pipeline development plans across regions
  • Be a champion of inclusion and diversity

 

You bring to the role: 

  • 8 to 10 years of experience recruiting specifically for technology/digital roles
  • Drive and results orientation
  • Proven influencing skills
  • Reliability and accountability
  • Adaptability and ability to handle ambiguity
  • Business acumen skills to analyze and interpret data and understand key business drivers
