Looking to take the next step in your career? Hatch, a full-service consultancy, is currently seeking a highly motivated Knowledge Director to join the Advisory practice in Mississauga. This role has a global focus and will work across our 5 regions.
Our advisory and consulting experts deliver a range of services to our clients to help them meet their business, financial, and project objectives. As the Knowledge Director, you will work closely with the Knowledge Manager to define, maintain, and execute the global Advisory knowledge management strategy. Including the implementation of a range of tactical and strategic programs to improve knowledge quality and accessibility across the practice.
You will develop, codify, organize, and disseminate methodologies, frameworks, tools, and other content to support project delivery, training, and business development activities. Your role is critical to ensuring consistency of our project delivery, in addition to internal and external messaging around our Advisory services. You will also play an active role in supporting individual Service Line leaders, including gathering information, ensuring consistent approaches across service lines, and ensuring that our Knowledge Repository is well organized, accessible, and easy to use for our Advisory team.

As the successful candidate, you will:
- Advise on developing storyboards for standard pitch decks and ensure effective storytelling
- Work closely with Service Line Leaders to identify knowledge gaps and develop plans, working with service line teams, to close those gaps
- Facilitate internal content development sessions
- Manage the Knowledge/Content Repository, ensuring it is kept up to date and fresh
- Oversea Thought Leadership development and manage the pipeline of thought leadership content, working closely with the Service Lines Leader and Advisory Marketing teams
- Develop an understanding of all our Advisory service offerings and the ability to champion them within the firm
You bring to the role:
- Over 10 years of experience in management consulting
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Proven experience in leading teams to deliver impact
- Ability to translate concepts into executable strategies
- Understanding of content management platforms (e.g. SharePoint, MS Teams, etc)
- Strong initiative, eagerness to break new ground and create opportunities for others
- Self-motivation and drive to take ownership of a work stream
- Attention to detail while maintaining the big picture
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience
