Our Work

The marketing team is responsible for the global marketing of our products and services. Our product marketers are skilled in developing unique messaging required for new and existing software products, with many of them deployed as SaaS. We work closely with our industry experts, product development teams, and commercialization groups to convey the key client value for our products.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute the marketing strategy for our suite of digital products.
  • Collaborate with our digital product developers and our client engagement representatives to analyze and communicate benefits of our software solutions.
  • You will be the “voice of the product” to key partners and encourage open dialogue and viewpoints to ensure customer needs are met and that the product development team receives enough information and support required to be successful. You will apply your knowledge, customer feedback, and analytics to provide recommendations for the direction and desired outcome of your product.
  • You will develop and execute marketing plans to ensure customers have personalized experiences to find the products and services to meet their needs and help them achieve their goals. You’ll create and actively maintain a comprehensive strategy and roadmap and set key deliverables for your product.
  • As a skilled writer, you’ll develop copy for a variety of marketing channels including thought leadership blogs, website content, social media, and traditional media sources. You’ll work with our marketing team to support you with your visual requirements and with our media team to help get our message out to our clients.

 

Qualifications:

  • At least seven years of experience in marketing digital products, preferably SaaS.
  • Familiarity with digital software and technologies.
  • University degree in marketing, business, journalism, public relations, communications, or equivalent.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to articulate clear and concise specifications for new products/features and facilitate dialogue between stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts in easy-to-understand terminology in a variety of mediums.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively build positive relationships and influence without authority. You thrive when working with people who have varying skills, experiences and backgrounds.
  • Proven track record to market and communicate (technical) solutions and products effectively to customers with ease and confidence.
  • Analytical and problem solver mind-set, with an affinity to manage risk.
  • Proven track record of launching new product offerings to clients within the metals, energy, or infrastructure sectors is considered an asset.
