Toronto Pearson's Long-term Investment in Facilities and Terminals (LIFT) Program is a multi-billion dollar investment aimed at transforming Pearson into one of the world's most advanced, sustainable, and passenger-friendly airports.  Over the next decade, the LIFT Program will deliver major improvements across airport infrastructure to support significant passenger growth, enhance operational performance, modernize facilities, and create a world-class travel experience.  As part of the Owner's Representative team, Hatch is helping deliver one of Canada's most significant infrastructure initiatives. This program will add substantial new terminal capacity, supporting Toronto Pearson's growth from approximately 47 million passengers annually today to more than 65 million passengers by the early 2030s.

 

We are seeking a Program Reporting Analyst to support the planning, monitoring, and reporting of this landmark program.

 

About the Role

 

Reporting to the Program Controls team, the Program Reporting Analyst will work directly at the GTAA project site and play a key role in collecting, managing, analyzing, and reporting program performance data across multiple workstreams. The successful candidate will transform complex project information into meaningful insights that support informed decision-making by program leadership and stakeholders.

This role will collaborate closely with GTAA representatives, program leadership, project controls, project management, scheduling, cost, and risk teams to develop reporting solutions, performance dashboards, and analytical tools that track program health and progress throughout the program lifecycle.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Collect, validate, organize, and maintain program performance data from multiple sources.
  • Develop and maintain executive and operational dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools.
  • Analyze program data and provide insights related to schedule, cost, risk, scope, and overall program performance.
  • Preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports for program leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of reporting standards, templates, and data governance practices.
  • Collaborate with project controls and delivery teams to improve data quality and reporting accuracy.
  • Support performance measurement activities, including Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis and reporting.
  • Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.

 

Qualifications and Experience

 

Required

  • Degree in Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in project controls, program analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or major capital project environments.
  • Expertise in data collection, data management, analysis, and reporting.
  • Advanced experience with Power BI and other reporting and visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to develop actionable insights from data.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work onsite at Toronto Pearson Airport and build strong relationships with client and project teams.

 

Preferred

  • Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure, transportation, aviation, engineering, construction, or capital programs.
  • Understanding of program controls disciplines, including:
    • Schedule Management
    • Cost Management
    • Risk Management
    • Scope Management
  • Familiarity with performance measurement techniques, including Earned Value Management (EVM).
  • Experience working in integrated project environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of alternative project delivery models, including Progressive Design-Build (PDB) and CMAR, is considered an asset.

 

Pay range : $95,000 to $120,000 depending on experience.

Your individual compensation within this range will depend on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications and location.
