As part of our Shared Services group, comprised of Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal and Facilities, we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems.
 

The Pricing Analyst role supports the development, governance, and analysis of pricing strategies across multiple geographies and business lines. The role’s primary focus will be  on Salary-based pricing and financial analytics, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and informed decision-making to support profitable project delivery. Key secondary activity will be assisting in the annual establishment and implementation of country rate schedules.

Key Responsibilities

1) Pricing & Fee Schedule Management

• Support the annual development and maintenance of fee schedules across multiple countries and business lines
• Assist in establishing client engagement pricing, ensuring alignment with contractual terms and margin expectations
• Contribute to continuous improvement of pricing methodologies and tools

2) Salary-Based Pricing (Confidential)

• Develop pricing models derived from confidential salary data and contractual formulas
• Perform invoice reconciliations between employee category rates and salary-based pricing where required
• Provide guidance to proposal and project teams on salary-based billing approaches and application
• Support internal and external audits related to salary-based pricing, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Assist in developing and maintaining pricing governance procedures and reporting

3) Reporting & Analytics

• Analyze and respond to ad hoc pricing and financial data requests from internal stakeholders
• Develop clear, concise reports and presentations for leadership
• Interpret complex datasets and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in pricing and project financial performance

Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Working knowledge and experience of pricing models in a professional services environment (e.g., rate card, salary-based, standard costing)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., financial modeling, data analysis, Power BI), and exposure to data visualization AI tools

Work Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in:
• Pricing, financial analysis, or project finance
• Professional services, consulting, or project-based environments
• Exposure to standard costing, billing models, and financial reporting
• Experience working with large datasets and performing analytical reviews
• Leadership experience would be an asset

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to manage tight deadlines and competing priorities
• Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• High level of attention to detail and data accuracy
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to continuous improvement

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline

Base salary rang: $74,000 - $120,000
