Position Summary: 

Hatch is seeking a Summer Co-op 2026 - Digital Business Consulting student with an interest in business development, operational planning, and marketing for a 4-month internship starting Summer 2025. Reporting to the Digital Solutions Manager you will support offices globally working from our Mississauga Head office.

What a Co-op at Hatch Will Offer You:

You will:

• Participate in business / functional Analysis workshops
• Develop presentation materials for client workshops
• Perform value chain and value driver Assessments
• Contribute to the proposal process and client presentations to win work
• Convert technical and engineering content into client-facing materials that may be consumed by a non-technical audience.

This role is well-suited for a self-motivated team player with strong critical thinking, problem-solving and project management abilities. You will be utilized on a variety of projects and the successful candidate can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while managing and prioritizing multiple projects and attending to details.

You bring to the role:

• 3rd or 4th year student in Business, Marketing, or Engineering
• A passion for marketing, sales, and business development
• Strong knowledge of Digitalization systems and tools (AIPC/ML), Control and Automation systems or Process Engineering
• Works well in a team environment, balances requests from multiple team members, with an ability to adapt to different working styles
• Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail, assuring quality of personal work
• Strong MS Office skills, Photoshop, Indesign, iMovie++
