Les problèmes que nous traitons sont reliés à l'analyse et la conception d'équipements de procédés métallurgiques : conducteurs à haut ampérage, cuves d'électrolyse, creusets pour le métal liquide et de composantes mécaniques, et d'éléments de machines en industrie lourde.
Selon vos intérêts et aptitudes, vos tâches principales pourraient être:
• L'analyse des besoins des clients
• L'élaboration des critères d'analyse, de modélisation et de conception
• La modélisation, l'analyse et la conception d'équipements et de systèmes
• Le développement d’outils de calculs d’ingénierie (analytiques, numérique et hybrides)
• La communication et la coordination avec les fournisseurs
• Le développement de documents d'ingénierie tels que les devis
• La supervision de la production de plans d'ingénierie
Profil recherché :
• Formation universitaire en génie mécanique, en structures, ou en génie métallurgique
• Maîtrise ou doctorat en ingénierie
• Expérience en modélisation par la méthode des éléments finis
• Bonnes capacités en conception assistée par ordinateur (CAO)
• Aptitudes et intérêt pour la résolution de problèmes multiphysiques complexes
Atouts:
• Connaissance de l'industrie de l'aluminium
• Bilinguisme
• Œuvrant au sein d'un équipe multidisciplinaire, la personne choisie aura de bonnes aptitudes pour la communication et le travail d'équipe, sera polyvalente et autonome.
• Connaissance du logiciel commercial ANSYS
