Project Controls Manager

To be considered for this opportunity, you will demonstrate the following attributes and experience:

• Qualification in engineering or relevant discipline or equivalent related experience.
• 15+ years’ similar experience in an execution project environment with detailed knowledge in Planning and Scheduling, Cost Management and Earned Value Management.
• Experience in Oracle Primavera P6 to develop critical path method (CPM) schedules of various levels
• Experience in high value, multi-discipline EPCM project environments from inception to close-out.
• Strong personal computer skills (particularly MS Office suite) and relevant project controls specific software skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey project technical information to project stakeholders.
• Organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, take direction, and provide direction to others to ensure the quality of deliverables.
• Bilingual (French & English)

Head of Estimating Department 

To be considered for this opportunity, you will demonstrate the following attributes and experience:

• 10-15 years of experience in a first principle estimating environment, ideally on large multi-discipline projects in an EPCM environment throughout various classes of estimate
• Ability to give direction to co-ordinate activities across a number of projects
• Analytical/ problem assessment capability
• Advanced ability to define, review and communicate appropriate best practice processes
• Advanced knowledge of risk and uncertainty management
• Strong MS Office skills and experience with estimating tools and systems
• Site experience including hands on knowledge of D.F.L and production rates.
• Bilingual French/English

Preferred

• Experience of EPC/LSTK estimating techniques
• Cross border/ overseas estimating experience
• Commercial/ contractual knowledge

Senior Project Manager:

To be considered for this opportunity, you will demonstrate the following attributes and experience:

• University degree in engineering.

• Fifteen years of experience in project management or cross-functional leadership positions in a project execution environment.

• Ability to evaluate, understand, set up, develop and coach the Hatch project team.

• Experience in managing multidisciplinary projects.

• Experience in engineering, project control systems, procurement, contracting, and construction management, including

other project-related activities, as well as their interfaces and interdependencies.

• In-depth knowledge of industry standards.

• Strong knowledge of project performance monitoring and reporting.

• Business development skills, particularly as a service proposal manager
