Hatch is currently seeking a highly motivated Project Manager - Rail to join our dynamic New York City office.

• Program Management Support Services to assist in the strategy and oversight for the complete delivery of a Positive Train Control (PTC) system in the Northeastern United States. 
• Work as a key member and leader within an integrated project delivery team, including agency staff.
• Provide guidance and direction to the agency Leadership Team regarding contractual and FRA regulatory matters to ensure timely completion of project activities in line with the approved Alternative Schedule.
• Provide support services to assist in the management and oversight of the testing program to satisfy contractual and Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) requirements-
• Testing as the both the host and as a tenant as applicable.
• Coordinate time for integration and testing including the availability of staff from all stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and technical support in review of all test results, commissioning plans, FRA documentation to ensure all paperwork is in order and correct.
• Track key metrics and provide analysis to mitigate negative trends.
  • Provide technical assistance, attend, and coordinate as necessary, meetings related to this scope of services.
  • Provide support services to assist in the development of implementation, alternatives, risk, and mitigation strategies.
  • Provide other services as requested by agency to support the development and implementation of the Alternative Schedule.
