Area Manager – Construction
Lead a major project area from start to finish. As an Area Manager, you’ll oversee execution, safety, and quality for your assigned section of a large-scale construction project. You’ll be the go-to leader ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
What You’ll Do
- Own the delivery of your project area across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
- Drive progress by coordinating teams, contractors, and schedules.
- Monitor cost, schedule, and quality—keeping everything on track.
- Lead meetings, resolve issues, and keep communication flowing.
- Ensure safety and compliance at every stage.
- Manage contracts from kick-off to close-out and support handover.
What You Bring
- Degree in Engineering or related field.
- 5–10 years’ experience in EPC/EPCM projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams.
- Safety-focused mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Mobility , work on a rotation basis.
