At Hatch, we are passionately committed to the pursuit of a better world through positive change. As a Change Management Coordinator, you will join the Project Services team supporting a large, multidisciplinary EPCM project on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Working closely with project leadership and functional teams, you will drive the project trend and change management process, ensuring changes are appropriately assessed, documented, and managed. This role is critical to maintaining effective scope, cost, schedule, and risk control while supporting successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the project trend and change management program across all project disciplines.
  • Work closely with project and functional leaders to identify, evaluate, risk assess, and document changes to project scope, cost, and schedule.
  • Facilitate change management discussions and support stakeholder decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate records of project trends, changes, approvals, and supporting documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with project governance requirements and established change management procedures.
  • Support project controls activities relating to scope, scheduling, forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance.
  • Monitor and report on project changes, including impacts to budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and delivery schedules.
  • Partner with the Project Services Manager and Project Manager to oversee and continuously improve the project's change management framework.

About You
You are a proactive and analytical project professional with at least five years' experience supporting project controls or change management functions within a multidisciplinary EPCM project environment. You have strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost control, planning and scheduling, estimating, procurement, contracts, and risk management. Your ability to analyse information, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively allows you to navigate complex project environments and deliver results under pressure. You will ideally hold a tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline, although equivalent project experience will also be considered. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, along with experience using industry cost management systems, is essential. Flexibility to travel to project sites and other project offices as required will be highly regarded.
