We are seeking a commercially astute, delivery-focused digital consulting leader to drive growth and lead transformative engagements across the mining and industrial sectors. This role blends client advisory, business development, and end-to-end delivery accountability, ideal for a leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and measurable value.
Key Responsibilitites include:
Client Engagement & Business Development
- Build trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders across operations, technology, and executive leadership
- Identify, shape, and qualify opportunities aligned to client strategy and Hatch Digital offerings
- Lead end-to-end pursuits: solution development, commercials, proposals, and deal closure
- Develop robust business cases linked to operational value drivers and digital transformation roadmaps
- Drive account planning, pipeline growth, and strategic account execution with Key Account Managers
Solution Leadership & Delivery
- Own delivery of digital engagements from inception to benefits realisation
- Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering complex transformation programs
- Ensure pragmatic, integrated solutions across people, process, and technology
- Govern delivery models, execution plans, and risk frameworks
- Oversee scope, schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction
- Drive measurable outcomes-beyond implementation to real business value
Thought Leadership & Market Presence
- Represent Hatch Digital across clients, industry forums, and conferences
- Build market credibility through insights, case studies, and transformation narratives
- Expand and leverage partner ecosystems to accelerate innovation and delivery
Internal Leadership & Collaboration
- Collaborate across Hatch to deliver integrated, cross-functional solutions
- Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing consulting teams
- Contribute to practice development, methodologies, and capability uplift
Key Performance Deliverables
- Sales and revenue target achievement (pipeline growth and conversion)
- Successful delivery outcomes (quality, value realisation, client satisfaction)
- Growth of long-term, repeat client relationships
- Contribution to practice scale, capability, and market positioning
Success Profile:

- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
Ideal Background
- 12-18+ years in consulting, digital transformation, or operational improvement
- Proven track record in mining, resources, or heavy industry (preferred)
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated sales and delivery leadership
- Experience delivering OT/IT, analytics, AI, or operational digital solutions
- Executive-level stakeholder management and influencing capability
