Campus Talent Acquisition Specialist – Saudi Arabia

In this role, you will play a key part in attracting top student and graduate talent, strengthening our employer brand across Saudi Arabia, and building a diverse, future-ready talent pipeline through internships and new graduate programs.

What You Will Do 

• Execute Hatch’s national campus recruitment strategy and manage high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for student and graduate roles 

• Serve as the primary liaison with universities, colleges, and internal stakeholders 

• Plan and participate in campus events such as career fairs, information sessions, case competitions, classroom presentations, and conferences 

• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning talent needs with targeted school engagement strategies 

• Represent Hatch as a Brand Ambassador across social media and professional networks 

• Lead engagement activities for interns and new graduates to enhance the employee experience 

• Review sponsorship requests and recommend appropriate engagement levels 

• Manage student scholarship programs 

• Track, analyze, and report on campus recruitment performance and KPIs 

What You Bring 

• 3–5 years of full-cycle, high-volume campus recruitment experience, ideally supporting engineering or technical disciplines 

• Strong knowledge of campus recruitment best practices, including attraction, sourcing, and selection strategies 

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred) 

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment 

• A continuous improvement mindset focused on enhancing candidate and client experience 

• Experience tracking recruitment insights, KPIs, and analytics 

• Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and organizational skills 

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities 

• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
