We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Housing Coordinator to support our operations across the Kingdom by ensuring efficient, compliant, and high‑quality accommodation solutions for our employees and project teams.
Position Overview
The Housing Coordinator plays a key role in managing and supporting employee accommodation across Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh, this role is responsible for coordinating housing allocations, maintaining housing standards, and ensuring compliance with Hatch requirements and local regulations.
Working closely with HR, Project Managers, Travel and Mobility teams, and external housing providers, the Housing Coordinator ensures a smooth and positive accommodation experience for employees assigned to Hatch Saudi Arabia. The role supports multiple project locations across the Kingdom, including Riyadh and regional sites as required.
Key Responsibilities
Housing Management & Operations
- Coordinate housing allocations for new and existing employees across all KSA locations
- Maintain an accurate and up‑to‑date inventory of all accommodations, including apartments, villas, and compounds
- Support housing setup and close‑out activities for new projects, mobilizations, and demobilizations
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure accommodations meet Hatch standards for safety, comfort, and cleanliness
- Coordinate and monitor preventative and corrective maintenance, ensuring issues are resolved promptly
Vendor & Contract Management
- Liaise with landlords, real estate agencies, facility management companies, and service providers
- Track lease agreements, renewals, terminations, and negotiations while ensuring compliance with local regulations and contractual obligations
- Review housing‑related contracts and invoices for accuracy prior to submission to Finance
Employee Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for housing‑related inquiries, concerns, and logistical support
- Support employees during move‑in and move‑out processes, ensuring a smooth transition
- Coordinate furniture, utilities connections, maintenance requests, and housekeeping services where applicable
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure housing operations comply with Hatch global standards, local laws, and site‑specific requirements
- Maintain detailed and accurate records, including housing databases, contracts, keys, inventories, and cost tracking
- Prepare regular reports on housing occupancy levels, housing costs, lease renewals, and service performance
- Support internal audits, safety inspections, and compliance reviews as required
Coordination Across KSA
- Provide responsive housing support to Hatch teams in Riyadh, Jubail, and other regions (e.g., NEOM, Jeddah, Eastern Province)
- Coordinate closely with Travel and Mobility teams for project‑based accommodation requirements
Saudization & Local Development Commitment
This role is designated for Saudi Nationals and supports Hatch’s commitment to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Saudization (Nitaqat) program.

Employment & Regulatory Compliance
Employment in this role is governed by the Saudi Labour Law and relevant Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) regulations.
Terms and conditions of employment will be provided under a locally compliant Saudi employment contract and will include statutory entitlements and benefits in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including GOSI registration where required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Saudi National (mandatory)
- Previous experience in housing coordination, facilities management, real estate administration, or a similar role (preferably within a multinational or project‑based environment)
- Strong understanding of residential leasing practices and accommodation standards in Saudi Arabia
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
