Earth Sciences and Engineering specializes in site planning, spatial information and digital terrain modeling, surface and subsurface investigations, rock mechanics, underground structures, geotechnical laboratory services, flood forecasting and water resource management through our geotechnical, hydrotechnical, and civil site development expertise.

Main responsibilities: 

    • Leadership and Coordination including team management, stakeholder interface, and safety compliance.
    • Developing a maintaining comprehensive pre-commissioning and commissioning execution plans, schedules, and strategies
    • Supervising the preparation and review of detailed commissioning procedures, test protocols, operating manuals, etc.
    • Documentation management, ensuring all documentation is accurately recorded, tracked, and completed for handover
    • Execution and Technical oversight, including system testing, troubleshooting and quality assurance.
    • Handover and training

 

Requirements:

    • 10+ years in commissioning service line.
    • Deep experience in Commissioning in one of our three (3) main sectors: mining/energy/infrastructure.
    • Background: Process Engineer (Chemical or Metallurgist), Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineer.
    • Candidates must be willing to travel to meet teams and clients and to remote project sites as required, and participate in site assignments, sometimes requiring fly-in/fly-out arrangements for periods of time.
    • Ability to interact and connect with the senior leadership and working levels
    • Strong problem-solving skills capabilities.
    • Competent technical communicator and able to adapt to the audience.
    • Client relationship, communication, and team building acumen
    • Safety-conscious and ethical.
    • Fluent in English
