¿Quieres dar el siguiente paso en tu carrera? En Hatch nos encontramos en búsqueda de un profesional junior en Ingeniería Civil altamente motivado para unirse a nuestro equipo de PDG (Project Delivery Group).

Conocimientos:

• Conocimiento básico del proceso de diseño civil y manejo de software técnico (AutoCAD Civil 3D, RocScience, Hec-RAS, etc.)
• Experiencia inicial en actividades de movimiento de tierra, nivelación de sitios, drenaje superficial y estructuras de soporte
• Capacidad para interpretar planos topográficos, modelos digitales de terreno y curvas de nivel
• Habilidad para organizar tareas bajo supervisión, priorizar actividades y cumplir con entregables en tiempos ajustados
• Disposición para trabajar en equipo, con actitud proactiva, comunicación clara y motivación para aprender
• Apoyo en la elaboración de entregables técnicos bajo la guía de ingenieros senior y diseñadores
• Deseable contar con habilidades de comunicación para interactuar con equipos multidisciplinarios y clientes internos 
• Nivel de inglés Avanzado (capaz de participar en reuniones técnicas, leer documentación y redactar correos en inglés)
