As part of our Shared Services group, comprised of Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal and Facilities, we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems.
 

Job Description:

The professional will be responsible for a variety of accounting and financial tasks. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tax Management: Apply knowledge of local taxes and general tax regulations in Chile (VAT, Income taxes, deferred taxes, WTH taxes, etc) to ensure compliance and optimize tax liabilities.
2. Payroll Accounting: Handle accounting for payroll entries and understand labor laws/payroll. Analyze the standard cost versus actual cost of payrolls and explain variations.
3. Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial reports. Conduct internal controls and analysis on budget vs actuals.
4. Uplift and assignments control: Manage accounting incentives (uplift) projects for billing to clients.
5. Financial Knowledge: Apply knowledge of the financial concepts of people mobilization and its tax impact.
6. Leadership: Demonstrate leadership skills and maintain good interpersonal communication within the team and with clients.
7. Software Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power BI) for various tasks. Knowledge in ERP SAP is desirable.

Qualifications:

• CPA certification with 5 or more years of experience.
• Intermediate verbal and written English.
• Experience in audit firms is preferred.
• Knowledge of Chilean tax regulations and labor laws.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP SAP.
